1 Beach Cottage is a recently renovated fisherman's cottage and it has been modernised and decorated to a very high standard with all the fixtures you need to relax in this charming village.

Three bedrooms provide plenty of space for a family or a group holiday.  The cottage also has a lawned garden and a summer house to enjoy long summer evenings - for those cold winter ones you can snuggle in front of the wood burning stove.

Bedlam, Denton, Nr Canterbury, Kent (sleeps 10)

This stunning, large self-catering cottage is set in a 3000 acre estate in the Kent countryside....and it really does have everything!

The interior combines an eclectic mix of design pieces, luxurious fittings and ultra modern touches to create the perfect retreat for a family holiday or group getaway.  It even has it's very own indoor swimming pool. 

Bedlam is split over two floors, with all five bedrooms on the first floor along with the kitchen and dining room.  Downstairs you'll find a fabulous living space with hand crafted, bespoke wood-burning stove.  Also on this floor is a spacious room for entertainment, known as "The Dungeon", you can watch television, play table tennis or enjoy an old fashioned board game!  If you need to get some work done while you stay, there is an office available with a spiral staircase leading up to a mezzanine level, a perfect private space for relaxing with views across the rest of the property and through the large window overlooking woodlands.

This substantial, four bedroom holiday house in the heart of picturesque Woodbridge stands only moments away from the River Deben. Ideal for a large family or friends coming together to enjoy the wide range of high quality restaurants, bars and cultural attractions within a short walk of the house.

Guests can park on a large drive and enter the property to find the spacious sitting room, a dining room, kitchen, and conservatory beyond.  The first floor has four double bedrooms,  shower room and a large bathroom.

Nestled in a quiet street between Aldeburgh High Street and the beach, with a charming courtyard garden this period house is the perfect place to relax and get away from it all with family or friends.

The cottage has a south facing front garden, through which guests will enter via the front door into the large living/dining space.  Beyond this is the kitchen which in turn leads to Bedroom 1 with an en-suite bathroom and French doors opening to the garden beyond.  Bedroom 2 has bunk beds and a window to the garden can also be found here.  Upstairs there is another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family shower room with a separate W.C.
